  • My roof leaks. Do I need to have it replaced completely?

    Not necessarily. It's possible that we can remove the damaged section and replace with new quality material. We'll conduct a thorough investigation before suggesting repair options.


  • How long can I expect my roof system to last?

    We can not predict exactly the life expectancy of a roof.  It will depend upon the condition of the environment.  If  under favourable condition your roof should maintain its colour and strenght under our  5 or 15 year warranty depending on the material you choose,  with the support of our high standard and  reliable instillation team.

  • Are your services covered by my home insurance?

    You would need to discuss this matter with them as we do not have the ability to speak on behalf of your individual home insurance provider.

  • When is the best time to replace my roof?

    It is always a good time to think about upgrading your roof expecially  if the colour is fading, or you notice any damage or leaks.

  • What is your mode of payment?

    We prefer bank transfer, mobile money transfer, cheque or cash.  Please note that cheques should be cleared before producation.  We can discuss this with you before installation.  

  • Do you have terms of payment?

    Yes, we ask for 80% upfront payment and 20% on completion.
